1. Information We Collect
Certified Raw Entertainment, LLC collects information you voluntarily provide when booking a session, contacting us via email, or submitting an inquiry through our website. This may include your name, email address, and phone number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, deliver purchased services, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:
- Square - session booking and payments
- BeatStars - beat licensing and payments
- Vercel Analytics - anonymous website traffic data
- Google Analytics - anonymous website usage data
4. RAW Social (TikTok Publishing Studio)
RAW Social is a tool from Certified Raw Entertainment, LLC that lets you sign in with Google, connect your own TikTok account, and publish videos that you choose to that account. This section explains what RAW Social handles when you use it at certifiedrawentertainment.com/raw-social.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: your Google account identifier and verified email address, used only to sign you in. They are kept in a signed, HTTP-only session cookie for up to 7 days; the Google identifier is also used internally as a private key that links your data to you.
- TikTok account data, with your authorization: your TikTok Open ID, display name, username and avatar, and your current posting options (such as which visibility settings TikTok allows for you).
- TikTok access and refresh tokens. These are stored encrypted and are never shown to you, to other users, or in logs.
- For each post you make: the caption, the visibility and interaction settings you chose, the TikTok publish ID, its status, and a timestamp.
- The video file you select, held only temporarily (see below).
TikTok permissions we request
- user.info.basic — to show which TikTok account you are posting to (name and avatar).
- video.publish — to send a video to TikTok and publish it to your account, only when you press "Post to TikTok".
How we use it
Only to sign you in, show your TikTok identity, publish the video you chose with the settings you confirmed, show your post history and status, and protect the service from abuse (for example, per-user posting limits). RAW Social never posts to your account without your explicit action each time. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to run RAW Social: Google (sign-in), TikTok (publishing), and Vercel (hosting, temporary file storage and database).
Your video file
When you select a video it is uploaded to private, temporary storage so that it can be sent to TikTok. It is deleted as soon as it has been sent to TikTok, or if posting fails. We do not view, copy, analyze or reuse your videos.
Disconnecting and deleting your data
You can click "Disconnect TikTok & delete my data" in the RAW Social studio at any time. This revokes RAW Social's access at TikTok and permanently deletes your stored tokens and post history. You can also remove RAW Social in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, or email admin@certifiedrawentertainment.com to request deletion. Videos already published on TikTok are not removed by this. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own privacy policy.
Children
RAW Social is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
5. Cookies
Our website may use cookies for analytics purposes. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the site. RAW Social additionally uses strictly necessary cookies: a signed HTTP-only sign-in session cookie (up to 7 days) and a short-lived security cookie (10 minutes) used while connecting your TikTok account.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
